For one off rosettes we use the Royal Mail First Class Package Post with the addition of Signed For.

For large orders that are under 10kg in weight we only use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service, this is a track and trace service, which we have found the most reliable. 

         Costs vary according to weight but you can be assured that you will only be charged the price on the package; we add no extra costs to the postage.  For items that are shipped we use Royal Mail International Services, prices vary according to weight and destination please request prices.   Please note we only use International Airmail Services.

          We do not charge a handling charge; we recycle all packaging to keep costs to a minimum and to help save the planet.

          We offer a “Gift Wrap” service, clear cellophane and satin bows, together with a hand made card for an extra charge.   Price available on request.

          You may collect your orders in person from our workshop but please telephone to make arrangements prior to your collection.
          We have a collection only base in the Midlands, details on request.
 

         Alternatively we are happy to deliver your order at any of the major UK and Irish Shows, which we are attending.
